How Are Pine Pellets Produced?
Produced from 100% natural pine fibers obtained from the forestry industry.
Preparation of Natural Fibers: Pure pine wood is cleaned and turned into chemical-free natural fibers.
High-Pressure Shaping: The prepared fibers are compressed under high pressure into dense granules. During this process, the tree's own essence (lignin) acts as a natural binder; no external glue or chemicals are added.
Sterilization and Drying: The high heat generated during compression clears the pellets of microbes, making them completely sterile. The pellets, which are dried in the final stage, reach maximum absorbency.
